Description:
- The book, written in Spanish, deals with the life and exploits of Hernán Pérez del Pulgar.
- Hernán Pérez del Pulgar y García Osoria (1451-1531) also known as El de las Hazañas. Captain of the Castilian army, he distinguished himself during the War of Granada, winning the favour of Queen Isabella the Catholic, and becoming famous throughout the kingdom.
- The author Francisco Martínez de la Rosa (1787-1862) was a French poet, playwright, politician and diplomat. He was President of Spain and one of the deputies in the Cortes of Cadiz that approved the Constitution of 1812.
- Contains five beautiful drawings inserted in the text.

- Good execution glued binding, with guillotined cuts, from the Second Half of the 20th Century.
- Text and Illustrations in single-colour black printing, very good ink, well centred and with good margins.
- Book printed on lightly browned paper, of medium thickness and good quality.
- Colour illustrated cardboard soft covers.
- Cover has Hernan stamped under the title. Lacks dust jacket.

Conservation and Damage:
- General Condition: Good.
- Bound and glued in good, good condition.
- The pages are in good condition, with no tears or major stains.
- The tips are slightly deteriorated with light creases and folds.
- The book has not suffered external aggressions such as humidity, insect attacks, rodents, etc.
- The covers and the cuts are well preserved and with little soiling. The side trim has small damp stains.
- The book shows wear typical of it
