Beautiful white metal plate, made by electroplating by electric deposition. The obverse is copper and silver which has worn quite a bit. It represents a Festival of Antifaces, inside a palace, by the execution of a perspective of great effect. The quality of the execution is very high, based on a magnificent work of a sculptor of great size. The plate has a flange in order to facilitate its framing. They exhibit the wear and tear of their time, as well as some blemishes. They have minor flaws. The data provided here are unconfirmed personal opinions.
Comments: Although electroplating was a widely used method since the mid-nineteenth century, and many pieces were made, very few are conserved compared to those executed.
