Precious piece that resembles "Tulip Wraps" just before flowering. This piece could be destined to palillero, although its use does not seem clear. It is cast in one piece, probably with an alloy of white metals, and because of its appearance it could be nickel-plated.
On the sheet that surrounds the largest envelope, the mark "Silea" appears with a "Stripe" on top of the "E", accompanied by the logo of a "C" inscribed on a circumference, "Copyright" "Registered Copy and Protected Copyright ".
SILEA was a French factory, mainly of household items, which we could not confirm if it still exists today.
Although it is very common to find pieces manufactured by SILEA, it is difficult to find two equal pieces, so we deduce that short runs of each object were made.
Very interesting as a collector"s item and small decorative element.
