Buy Oval wooden fruit bowl. Carved Tray. Germany. 20TH CENTURY.

- Oval wooden tray, made in Germany, and hand carved. From the 50-60"s, approximately
- On its edges, it is inscribed with the following phrase in German: "Unser taglich brot gib uns heute" which means: "Give us this day our daily bread".
- The Tray is carved from a single piece of wood, except for the four legs, which are attached to the Tray.
- In each of the handles of the Tray, there is a beautiful bunch of grapes carved, with the smallest detail.
- It is possible that it was used as a fruit bowl or table centrepiece.

Conservation and damage:
- Apparently it does not have woodworm, nor remains that it has had in the past.
- It maintains a nice period patina.
- The tray is in perfect state of conservation.
- The object shows the typical wear and tear of its time.
