Buy Bone, iron and steel tyralines. First half 20th Century

- Nice line drawing from the first half of the 20th century. It would probably belong to a compass box.
- Two-piece tyralinear. The handle is of bone, the body has the head and part of the reeds of steel. The tips of the reeds are made of iron.
- The tips of the tongues are in very good condition. The distance between the tongues is adjusted by means of a brass wheel with a threaded bolt that goes through the upper tongue, threading into the lower tongue.
- The upper tab can be rotated over the head of the body to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
- No distinguishing markings, markings or contrast, which could provide details of where it was made, manufacturer"s details, as well as other data, have been located.
Preservation and damage:
- On the tips there are small bumps and small scratches, due to use.
- The attachment between the body and the handle is deteriorated, as can be seen in the photographs.
- The Object shows wear and tear typical of its age.
