- Incomplete plumb bob for construction from the second half of the 20th century, with a solid iron weight, and without preserving the nut.
- The body of the weight is truncated cone-shaped, cm. high and 3.8 cm. in diameter, with an integrated head.
- Four deep grooves are turned along the body, creating a harmonious overall effect.
- The Weight is perforated vertically, with two different diameters, having made a larger cavity in its lower part, which allows the Cordura to pass through and its knot to be lodged in the vertical perforation of greater diameter and therefore integrated in the Weight.
- The quality of the casting of the Weight is very good, with attention to detail in its finishing, such as the rounding of its edges.
- A very good and beautiful patina has been preserved throughout the Plumb bob. The quality of the cast iron and the execution of the plumb bob is good.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker"s details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
