- The body of the weight is cylindrical and conical in shape, 12 cm. high and 4 cm. in diameter.
- The nut, although broken and missing a piece, is made of wood and original from the plumb bob.
- The quality of the iron casting and the execution of the plumb bob is very good.
- It is a rare plumb bob to find in this condition and also complete with its original nut.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker"s details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
