- Waterman pen. France. Paris. In its original box.
- Waterman, a large manufacturer, produces and markets pens, ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils and rollers. Founded in 1883 in New York, it is one of the oldest pen manufacturing companies still in operation today.
- The nib is 14 carat gold, and the barrel is silver and gold plated.
- From France, the nib has the inscription: "Waterman France F". On the cap, above the gold-plated strip, is the inscription: "Waterman made in France".
- It is dated. On the barrel there is also an inscription: "Pascual Hnos. S.A., July 87". It was possibly a corporate gift.
- This is the Laureat model, with a dual ink-filling system: by piston and by cartridge.
- The brand"s distinctive "W" appears on the clip and on the cap of the barrel, i.e. the base of the pen.
Preservation and damage:
- On the base of the pen, there is a tiny dent of the black part (resin), almost unnoticeable.
- It has been used with great care.
- Perfectly clean and ready for use.
- The box is intact.
- The Object shows wear and tear typical of it"s age.
