Buy Long plumb bob construction. Rare. S.XX.

- Construction plumb bob from the first half of the 20th century, with a solid bronze weight, 12,3 cm. high, 2,1 cm. diameter and a weight of 274 gr.
- The bronze weight has a threaded head. The body of the weight has a cylindrical and conical shape.
- The thread is large in size and diameter, with a large thread and pitch.
- It is a plumb bob with an unusual length. It was used to achieve greater accuracy in verticality. Rare and original.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker"s details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Conservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, with many, but very small knocks and scratches, both on the edges and on the faces.
- The weight has a slightly sunken female thread due to a blow, although it does not prevent the male thread from being screwed in.
- Very good and nice patina is preserved on the entire plumb bob.
- Both the quality of the casting and the workmanship of the weight are good.
- It shows wear typical of it"s age.
