Buy Cylinder plumb bob. Very rare. S.XX

- Construction plumb bob from the second half of the 20th century, with a solid iron and walnut weight.
- The body of the weight is in the shape of a cylinder, 5.5 cm. high and 4.6 cm. in diameter.
- The thread is of medium size and small diameter, with a small thread and small pitch.
- The wooden nut is preserved whole and in very good condition.
- Cylindrical plumb bob, where one of the vertices of the cylinder has been chamfered in order to use this face of the plumb bob for the verticality of the piece.
- With a very peculiar shape, it is made of iron, with a threaded head and painted black.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the manufacturer"s details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Preservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, although the weight has many, but very minor knocks and scratches.
- It has a very good and beautiful patina all over the plumb bob. The quality of the iron casting and the execution of the plumb bob is very good.
- The Plumb bob shows wear typical of it"s age.
