- Made of aluminium, its execution is of high quality with great attention to detail.
- Obverse: The Immaculate Conception is depicted with angels. It has a seal that we have not been able to identify.
- Reverse: Plain without any inscription.
- Song: Plain without any inscription.
- The medal has a green and beige cord, original from the time of the medal.
- We have placed a small silver carabiner for the attachment between the ring and the cord.
