- The engraving shows a view from one of the sides of the Lonja de las Lanzas, in Florence.
- In the upper margin it has the legend "Florence - Florence - Florenz".
- In the lower margin is the legend "La loge des Lances - La Loggia de Lanzi - Lonja de los Lanzis".
- The number "60" is printed in the upper right-hand corner, which suggests that the engraving is number 60 of a series.
- Intaglio etching on steel, although another technique could also have been used.
- It is probably an engraving belonging to a book.
Conservation and damage:
- General condition: Good.
- The ink is very good, and the print is well stamped.
- It is in single-colour black, with very good ink.
- The upper side of the paper is not parallel to its opposite side, resulting in an irregularly shaped engraving.
- The engraving is on medium-thick paper of average thickness and regular quality, glued at the corners to another paper.
- The engraving is dirty, and the edges are much dirtier, with very small tears, and the tips are slightly deteriorated with slight bends. It has small damp and rust stains.
- If it were lightly washed and bleached, the result would be very good.
