- Porcelain dish with seal on the back.
- Small dish, with the upper rim decorated with black and gold flecks. It could be gold leaf.
- In the centre of the dish is an intaglio, with three dancing women. It bears the signature of Kaufmann.
- Angelica Kaufmann (1741-1807) was a Swiss painter of the Central European Neoclassical period who was a prolific portrait painter. She was one of the founders of the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
- The decal is probably a copy of one of this great painter"s works.
- On its base is the stamp of the BE porcelain factory. We do not know which one it refers to.
- The fact that the object has a distinctive mark or contrast is of great importance in order to be able to identify data such as its author, the place where it was made and other details.
