- Engraving of the city of Bellinzona. Switzerland.
- All titles and signatures are outside the plate.
- In the upper margin it has the legend "Switzerland - Suisse".
- In the lower margin it has the legend "Bellinzona - Belinzona".
- Bellinzona is a town in Switzerland, the capital of the canton of Ticino and the district of Bellinzona. There are three castles in Bellinzona, all of which are Unesco World Heritage Sites.
- The number "54" is printed in the upper right-hand corner, suggesting that the engraving is number 54 in a series.
- In the lower centre, the engraver signs it only as Rouargue, so it is by one of the two Rouargue brothers. In our opinion, the author of the engraving plate is most probably Adolphe Rouargue (1810 - 1870).
- Chalcographic etching on steel plate, although another technique could also have been used.
- It is in single-colour black tone, very well inked.
- It is probably an engraving belonging to a book.
