- Lead plumb bob, without a nut and with a fixed head.
- We have placed it between the 13th and 15th centuries, as it is very difficult to pinpoint a specific period.
- It is semi-spherical in shape. It is made in a very artisanal way, with an uneven result. It is therefore rarer and less common.
- Spectacular and beautiful plumb bob, worthy of a museum piece.
- The 'head' of the plumb bob is a hook-shaped iron, a very rare end, to be able to attach the rope.
- The hook goes vertically through the plumb bob all the way down to the bottom, where the iron point protrudes.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information on the place where it was made, the manufacturer's details, or any other information.
- It comes from a purchase made years ago in an antique shop in Paris.
