- On the obverse it has the representation of a woman, with a series of garments related to the heraldry. On its lower side it has the legend "DEUTSCHES REICH". Around the perimeter there are floral themes. In the two upper corners is the number 25.
- The reverse is clean, except that the postmark is visible.
- Vertical toothing:18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal indentation:15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Double circular postmark.
- Printed on fine paper of poor quality, light off-white, made in double orange and black tone, good ink, good stamping and very good centring.
