- On the obverse it has the representation of a woman, with a series of garments related to the heraldry. On its lower side it has the legend "DEUTSCHES REICH". Around the perimeter there are floral motifs. In the two upper corners is the number 10.
- The reverse is clean, with the exception of the postmark.
- Vertical toothing:18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal indentation:15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Circular postmark showing "ÜSUM".
- Printed on fine paper of poor quality, light off-white, made in red monochrome, good ink, good stamping and very good centring.
