- On the Obverse, in the upper left corner has the Imperial Coat of Arms. On the upper side it has the legend "DEUTSCHER WECHSEL-STEMPEL". The background is a repeating GEOMETRIC SCHEME. In the centre is the legend "M 0,20 Von mehr als 200 bis 400 Mark". On the lower side there is an extension with the handwritten date "den 11 J-anniar 1915" (11 January 1915).
- The reverse is preserved clean.
