- Used Postage Stamp, 20 Pence, from Germany, from the year 1924. Dark Blue.
- On the Obverse it has a portrait of Heinrich von Stephan. At the top appears the legend “Deutsches Reich”. On the left side the legend “1874-1924” appears. On the right side the legend “Weltpostverein” appears. In each lower corner it has the figure “20”. In the lower center it has the abbreviation “PF”.
- The Reverse is clean, with the exception that what may be a watermark shows through.
- Vertical teeth: 18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal teeth: 15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Very noticeable Circular-Linear postmark.
- Printed on good quality, medium-thick paper, very light off-white, made in a single-color Dark Blue tone, very good ink, good printing and good centering.
- No distinctive, mark or hallmark has been located that could provide more information about this Postal Stamp.
