- Used postage stamp, 75 Frames surcharged, from Germany, from the year 1923. Light green.
- On the obverse it has in the centre of a circle, surrounded by watermark, the legend ‘400 mark’. On the upper side is the legend ‘Deutsches Reich’. It is enveloped with the legend ‘75 Tausend’ with a black stripe on the lower side covering the word ‘inhundert’.
- The reverse is clean, showing what could be a watermark.
- Vertical toothing:18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal indentation:15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Circular unreadable postmark.
- Printed on medium thick paper of good quality, very light off-white, made in light green monochrome, very good ink, good stamping and very good centring.
- No distinctive, mark or contrast has been found, which could give more information about this Postal Stamp.
