- Used postage stamp, 10 pence, from Germany, year 1924. Dark green.
- Obverse has a portrait of Heinrich von Stephan. On the upper part appears the legend "Deutsches Reich". On the left side is the legend "1874-1924". On the right-hand side is the legend 'Weltpostverein'. In each lower corner is the figure '10'. In the lower centre is the abbreviation "PF".
- The reverse is clean, with the exception of what may be a watermark.
- Vertical toothing:18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal toothing:15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Circular postmark in the upper right corner, and linear postmark in the upper part of the stamp and on the left side, in both cases almost imperceptible.
- Printed on medium thick paper of good quality, very light off-white, made in Dark Green monochrome, very good ink, good stamping and perfect centring.
- No distinctive, mark or contrast has been found, which could give more information about this Postal Stamp.
