- Hourglass made of glass, with a pewter cover.
- It has a cover made of pewter, which protects it. With a circular base, the two bases have a nice design, and together with the whole cover, with a very primitive Art Decó style.
- In one of the bases, there are three stamps, one of them is made of tin, and we do not know the origin of the others.
- On the same base of the stamps, next to the design in the central part, there is a small signature formed by two initials: fb.
- The clock has a medium size, perfect and ideal to place it in any area of the house or office.
- The base has four holes, one in each corner, in order to be able to fix the clock to the base, in a strong and solid way, by means of the corresponding screws.
- In the centre, there is a joint, also made of tin.
- Judging by the colour of the sand, it is probably desert sand.
- The fact that an object has a distinctive mark or contrast is a very rare detail of great importance for the interest of the piece.
