- Medal with flat handle and without ring. Plain edge without any inscription.
- Obverse: The Virgin of Mount Carmel in the centre with the child Jesus in her arms. The child is wearing a scapular.
- Reverse: The Sacred Heart of Jesus in the centre, facing front.
- We believe that it has a contrast on the obverse, although it is hardly visible in the photographs.
- The medal is very well made and has an excellent workmanship, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.
