- Used postage stamp, 15 pence, from Germany, year 1951. Green. In the lower right corner it has the Cipher ‘10+5’. Seventh centenary of the St. Mary's Church in Lübeck.
- On the obverse it has in black on white the figures of three saints from a stained glass window of St. Mary's in Lübeck. On the left-hand side it bears the words ‘Deutsche Bundes Post’, which means ‘German Federal Post Office’. On its upper right-hand side is the phrase ‘700 Jahrem Mariem Kirche Lübe’, meaning ‘700 years of St. Mary's Church in Lübeck’.
- The reverse is clean, with the exception of the postmark.
- Vertical indentation:31. Vertical perforations:30.
- Horizontal indentation:26. Horizontal perforations:25.
- Linear and circular postmarks illegible.
- Printed on medium thick paper of good quality, very light off-white, made in monochrome Green and Black, very good ink, good stamping and good centring.
