- Photoengraved plate from the early 20th century.
- Photoengraving is the production of relief prints by transferring photographic images to a printing plate, making the light or dark areas suitable for engraving. It is normally applied to metal, but can also be used on glass, plastic, or other materials.
- The plate is crafted with the highest quality, based on a masterfully executed drawing. This has resulted in a unique piece. - The plate has a legend in the lower area, written in Latin, that reads: "Codem in templo dum missa Sacrificial interest saqcrosanta Hostia Christum Dnum oculis intuetur" and translates as: "In the temple, while the sacrifice of the Mass is offered, the Sacred Host looks at Christ."
- It is in excellent condition, having been used on rare occasions.
- It is possible that it is a leaf from a book, but we are not sure.
