- FIFTY PESETAS coin, circular in shape, from the era of the Spanish State under Francisco Franco Bahamonde, designed in 1957 and minted by the National Mint and Stamp Factory in 1958.
- Obverse: Bas-relief of the bust of General Francisco Franco Bahamonde, designed by the sculptor Mariano Benlliure Gil. It is unsigned. Its inner rim bears the inscription “FRANCISCO FRANCO CAUDILLO DE ESPAÑA POR LA G. DE DIOS” “1957”. Its outer perimeter features a border of dots resembling a teardrop shape.
- Reverse: Bas-relief of the Coat of Arms of Spain, featuring the Eagle of Saint John, with the yoke and arrows at its base. On either side are two columns with a band bearing the inscription “PLUS ULTRA”. On the eagle’s head is a band bearing the inscription “UNA GRANDE LIBRE.” Inside it is the inscription “50 PTAS” and a “STAR” with the year of minting inside it, “58.” Its outer edge features a border of dots resembling a teardrop shape.
- Edge: Smooth with the inscription “UNA GRANDE LIBRE”.
