Description:
- Bedside clock, unmarked, with 8-day winding mechanism.
- Possibly manufactured in France in the second half of the 19th century.
- Bronze and steel mechanism, with a spectacular appearance.
- The case has glass on all sides, allowing the entire mechanism to be seen.
- Porcelain dial with Roman numerals in perfect condition.
- The hands are made of black blued steel. The bluing is fully preserved.

Conservation and Damage:
- The clock is in perfect condition, having been stored since its acquisition.
- The machinery needs to be serviced, oiled and tuned.
- It retains a beautiful period patina.
- It has very small dents and scratches due to age.
- The object shows wear and tear typical of it's age.
