Description:
- Semi-circular medal, made in silver. Probably end of the first half of the 20th century.
- Medal with flat handle and original ring. Plain edge without any inscription.
- Obverse: Santiago Matamoros.
- This is the name given to the iconographic representation of the apostle Saint James the Greater, when he is depicted as a knight in combat as described in medieval chronicles, according to which he miraculously intervened on behalf of the Christians against the Muslims during the battle of Clavijo in 844.
- Reverse: Plain with no inscription.
- It has the contrast of silver 925 thousandths.
