Description:
- Small book with the Penal Code of Spain, by Marcelo Martinez Alcubilla.
- The Code is arranged to the official reformed edition, with notes and practical observations, and enlargement of the Appendix.

Description of the Miniature Book:
- Bound very tightly sewn. Edges guillotined and painted yellow.
- Hard covers in half leather and water paper, of very good execution.
- Spine printed in gilt, of good execution, with the title 'CÓDIGO PENAL'.
- Fine, grey coloured, smooth paper covers.
- Text on mottled white paper, of fine thickness and regular quality.
- Printing in black, very good ink, acceptable margins, centred and very good quality.
Conservation and damage:
- The Miniature Book is in good condition.
- The pages show notable darkening, damp stains in the lower margin, occasional stains of various origins and signs of rust.
- The gilding on the spine is acceptably well preserved.
- The Miniature Book has suffered minor external insect damage on the last pages and on the edges of the covers.
- The Miniature Book shows wear typical of it's age.

Comments:
- Both the Measurements and the Weight are approximate.

- To take the photos of the Inside Pages, these have been held with tweezers.

- Very interesting miniature book as a collector's item and curiosity.

- The tones of the colours in the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colours.
