OIL ON CANVAS GLUED TO TÁBLEX. THE 50"S

Description:
- Oil on canvas glued to táblex.
- The oil paint has a light line with subtle brushstrokes, except in the central and lower axis, where the brushstrokes are thicker.
- As mentioned above, it is finished off with light, subtle brushstrokes in a single stroke, which outline and define the top of the painting.
- The oil painting is executed in a wide range of ochre colours.
- The oil painting shows a sunset in front of a river or lake, reflecting the sun's rays on the water. On the left side there is a figure rowing in a small boat, while in the background there is a small building on the left side, suggesting a town or city in the background.
- It is signed, but the signature is illegible.
- Some of the varnish is oxidised, which may have been done artificially.
- It has no frame, nor does it appear to have ever had one.
Conservation and damage:
- The painting is in very good condition.
- The oil painting has not suffered from external aggressions such as humidity, insect attacks, rodents, etc.
