Description:
- Oil on panel of two heads of angels.
- It is signed, dated and dedicated.
- Francisco Povo Peiro (1880-1960) Valencian painter, multifaceted artist, scenographer, poster artist, illustrator, easel painter and also fan painter. He lived and worked in Paris. He collaborated with magazines of the time, and was one of the illustrators who worked for the publishing house Prometeo. Among his works there is a special dedication to the production of posters.
- The painting depicts two heads of angels, one next to the other, which we could say are cherubs.
- The artistic quality and execution is good. The medium brushstrokes are very loose, which gives the oil painting a great liveliness.
