PLATE CAIXE DE SAVERS BORDEAUX FOUNDED IN 1819. HENRI DUBOIS

Description:
- French plate Caisse D'Epargne de Bordeaux Fondee in 1819.
- It depicts three women, one of them giving a bouquet of flowers to the other two. In the background is a shelf with books and other objects.
- The front is signed by Henri Dubois (1863-1930), a French sculptor and engraver of medals.
- On the back is a coat of arms and what looks like the stone bridge of Bordeaux.
- The lower left corner is decorated with floral details and bears a plaque signed by M.Y. GLOTIN 1964-1967.
