Description:
- Germany postage stamp, 160 pence. Deutsches Reich. Uncirculated.
- On the obverse it has the representation of two men and a woman, carrying out tasks related to the mowing in the field. On the underside it has the legend 'DEUTSCHES REICH'. Its perimeter is a pure line. In the upper right corner it has the number 160.
- The reverse is clean, preserving the gum, and the rest of a hinge.
- Vertical toothing: 18. Vertical perforations: 17.
- Horizontal teeth: 15. Horizontal perforations: 14.
- Printed on fine paper of poor quality, white, made in blue tone, good ink, good stamping and with the image off-centre towards the lower right corner.
- No distinctive, mark or contrast has been located, which could provide more information about this Postal Stamp.
Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good. The image is off-centre to the lower right corner.
- The Reverse is clean, conserving the gum, fact for which it has been considered interesting not to proceed to its washing. It has therefore the rest of a hinge.
- The paper is clean and free of rust.
- There are no faults or tears in the paper of the stamp.
- The teeth are well preserved, with the exception of a missing tooth located at the height of the hinge.
- The postage stamp shows the deterioration typical of it’s age.
