Description:
- Germany postage stamp, 160 pence. Deutsches Reich. Uncirculated.
- On the obverse it has the representation of two men and a woman, carrying out tasks related to the mowing in the field. On the underside it has the legend 'DEUTSCHES REICH'. Its perimeter is a pure line. In the upper right-hand corner is the number 160.
- Circular postmark, on which can be read 'ERFUR' AND '20.6.22.5-6'.
- Toothed well preserved, except for the missing tooth in the lower left corner.
- The reverse is clean, not preserving the gum, as it has been washed. The postmark is visible.
- Vertical teeth:18. Vertical perforations:17.
- Horizontal indentation:15. Horizontal perforations:14.
- Printed on fine paper of poor quality, white, made in blue tone, good ink, good stamping and with the image slightly off-centre towards the upper side.
- No distinctive, mark or contrast has been located, which could provide more information about this Postal Stamp.
Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good. The image is slightly off-centre to the upper side.
- The Reverse is clean, not preserving the gum, as it has been washed. The postmark is visible.
- The paper is clean and free of rust.
- There are no faults or tears on the paper of the stamp.
- The teeth are well preserved, except for the missing tooth in the lower left corner.
- The postage stamp shows the deterioration typical of it's time.
