- On the obverse, inside a red circle, is the three-quarters-length bust of King Alfonso XIII, facing right, in white and red. 'ESPAÑA' (SPAIN) is printed on the upper side in white, within a red space. '10' is printed in white on a red background in each lower corner. 'CENT' is printed in the center of the lower side. 'POSTAL STAMP' is printed on the sides.
- The polygonal postmark is not legible.
- Vertical perforation: 17. Vertical perforations: 16.
- Horizontal perforation: 14. Horizontal perforations: 13.
- Printed on good-quality, thin, off-white paper in a single-color red tone. It has very good ink, good embossing, and is evenly centered.
