Description:
- Used postage stamp, 4 Quartos, from Spain, year 1855. Colour brownish red.
- On the obverse it has, inside a brownish red circle, surrounded by a garland of small white circles, a bust looking to the right of Queen Isabella II in white. On the upper side ‘CORREOS’ in white. On the lower side ‘4 CUARTOS’ in white.
- Linear postmark not legible.
- On the reverse the postmark can be seen.
- Vertical: No Indentation. Without Perforations.
- Horizontal: Uncirculated. Without Perforations.
- Printed on thin paper of good quality, very light bluish white, made in brownish red monochrome, very good ink, good stamping and an acceptable centring.
- No distinctive, mark or contrast has been found, which could give more information about this Postage Stamp.

Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Good.
- The stamp has been recently washed, so the gum is not preserved.
- There are no faults or breaks on the stamp.
- The postage stamp shows the deterioration of it's time.
