Description:
- Drawing lines from the second half of the 19th century. It would probably belong in a time signature box.
- The handle is made of turned wood with a ball ending, its base being made of brass, into which the steel head is screwed.
- The tips of the reeds are in very good condition. The distance between the tabs is adjusted using a metal wheel with a threaded bolt that passes through the upper tab and threads into the lower tab.
- No distinctive, brand or hallmark has been located that could provide data on the place where it was manufactured, manufacturer data, as well as other data.
Conservation and Damage:
- There are small bumps and pits on the tips, due to use.
- Has a little rust.
