- Book printed on bright white paper, of medium thickness and good quality.
- Hard covers in green half leather, and spine in full green editorial cloth, of good quality. There is some rubbing.
- Printed front and back covers.
- Cover is stamped in gilt 'Geografía Universal'.
- No dust jacket.

Conservation and Damage:
- General condition: Very Good.
- Sewn binding in very good condition.
- Cuts very well preserved with small damp stains, without affecting the contents.
- The pages are in good condition, with no tears or stains.
- The book has not suffered external aggressions such as humidity, insect attacks, rodents, etc.
- The book shows wear and tear typical of it
