Description:
Enamelled earthenware dish, Valencian from Alcora. We place the piece at the end of the 19th century, but it could be earlier, given its characteristics. There is a noticeable point of support on the reverse, due to the tripod that was used for firing.
- It has three large yellow flowers painted on it, bordering the plate, with green and brown details, creating a very beautiful and harmonious whole.
- It could have been made at the Royal Alcora Fine Earthenware and Porcelain Factory, due to its period and the style of the brushstrokes of its paintings.
- The Alcora factory began in 1727, being the first industrial factory in the province, and survived until the middle of the 20th century.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information on the place where it was made, the manufacturer's details or any other information.
