Description:
Beautiful lady"s watch, 18 carat gold, with inscriptions. One front and two back covers. Dated in the year 1907. Gray sphere, probably metallic. It has an approximate diameter of 2"4 cm with the "Napoleon" mark. Needles of blued steel.
Main time zone, occupying all of it. The crystal of the sphere, with its ring, is easily released from the box. It should be adjusted. The sphere needs restoration, since it needs cleaning and the numbering is somewhat erased.
The movement is of bridges, with cylinder exhaust. It is complete, but needs revision. The movement has the contrast of a "cross", stamped the number "2270" and then the number, with a horseshoe shape, two punches symmetrical to a horizontal axis.
The covers, front and rear external, are profusely chiselled, with similar adornments, and both have remains of intense blue enamel, having been largely detached.
The two covers have a filigree representing a shield of which hang two floral branches, and a border or circular border on the perimeter with volutes and flowers. The funds are covered with stripes. Manual loading of ski lift with wheel.
The shield of the front cover is smooth, intended to be engraved, while the shield of the external rear cover has a shield similar to that of the front cover, but is covered with stripes. Inside the front cover there are two inscriptions: "18k" "613".
The internal back cover has engraved "Gold medal", "Medaille d"or", "Bordeaux 1907.
On the back edge of the box, and on its circular back flange, which serves to close the cover of the movement, it has two contrasts, in which a profile of one face is represented, and in its lower part, a star of eight tips.
The ring has a circular contrast, in which a profile of a face is represented and in its lower part, a horseshoe shaped punch open upwards. The machinery needs revision, repair and tuning. Very interesting as a collector"s item and decorative element.
