Description of the Content:
- The Book contains two novels, edited and bound together, in two volumes.
- Léon Gozlan, French writer of the first half of the 19th century, writes this Historical Short Novel, based on the details he manages to gather about concrete facts of the Jacobean Uprising in 1745 of the Scots against the English.
- Due to the relative closeness in time, since the novel is published about 100 years after the events on which it is based, this novel could contain data of great interest.
- "The last of the Stuart" is a very interesting Short Novel, which succinctly and briefly describes the events of the 1745 Jacobean Uprising of the Scots against the English.
- Tells some hypothetical details that occurred in the alleged Scottish Cabin that could have served as a hiding place for Charles Edward Stuart, the "Young Pretender", known as "Bonnie Prince Charlie", from his arrival in Scotland until the first battle, and since his final defeat until his escape.
- Describe the supposed facts that could surround Charles Edward Stuart during the moments before the preparation of the Uprising.
- Tells the victory in the first battle, the entry into Edinburgh and the irreversible defeat, as well as other events, details and curiosities.
- Some information about places and characters are provided, which could be of great interest.

* Lower margin low, when the short sheet remains when guillotined, in the five Sheets corresponding to Pages 85 - 92 and 119 - 120 of Volume One.

Comments:
- Both the Measures and the Weight are approximate.

- It"s very rare to find. We have not located any Short Novel of "The Last of the Stuardos" by Léon Gozlan, neither in the National Library of Spain, nor in the National Library of France, nor in the National Library of Scotland, not even in the British Library. Nor have we found it in the consulted listings of the Work Written by Léon Gozlan.

- Its content could provide unknown data on the stay of Charles Edward Stuart in Scotland during the Jacobean uprising of 1745.

- Because the differences in shades between photos and reality are inevitable, it should be borne in mind that the color tones of the photos are not exactly the same as the tones of the real colors.

- The Book presents the wear and tear of its time, as well as some stains. It has small damage.

- To take the photos of the Inner Pages, these have been fastened with tweezers.
