Engraving central european city.

Beautiful engraving of a central European city. We think that is a lithography (stone carving). It has an excellent quality of a great author. We do not recognize the signatures, but has in the original ends pencil signatures and data. It is a thick paper, very yellowed by time. At its ends, the paper has some small tears and folds. On the back, the paper has tape residue from a previous framing. Data here are the personal opinions not proven.
