Description:
Beautiful Greek gold brooch, representing a fragment of frieze with high relief, intended for the souvenir sector. We located it very early in the second half of the 20th century, although it could very well be in the first half of the 20th century.
The state of conservation is magnificent, keeping the spring in all its elasticity. On the obverse is depicted a fight, between two archers who look whole, and a car from which only the front of the two horses can be seen. On the back is the pin, and has the contrast of silver with its purity engraved: 835.
The high relief is of a magnificent invoice and very high quality of execution, with a very balanced composition. This piece has a fantastic patina, so, together with its characteristics, it has a really attractive appearance.
This type of pieces, although they were manufactured in considerable quantities, are rare to find. Very interesting as a collector's item.
