- Obverse: the image of the Holy Face appears along with the phrase: Show us Lord your Peace and we will be Saved. 79-41.
- Reverse: the following inscription appears: Pía Unión de la Santa Faz. IHS
- At the top it has a small washer to hang it.
- It is in good condition, and maintains a beautiful patina.
