Description:
- Ink moustache box from the second half of the 20th century.
- It would probably belong to a compass box. It is made up of two pieces. Handle and body.
- The handle is made of a white metal alloy, with a bolt. It is knurled to improve the grip.
- The opening of the moustache, i.e. the distance between the needle arm and the arm with the body of the lugs, is graduated by means of a wheel which is screwed onto a threaded pin, fixed to the needle arm by means of a micro pin, which allows it to be rotated.
- This distance is used to set the radius of the circumference to be drawn.
- The needle is graduated and fixed by means of a wheel with a small threaded pin.
Condition and damage:
- The stylus is in very good condition. The quality of the materials and workmanship of the moustache is very good.
- The object shows wear and tear typical of it's age.
