Description:
- Medal representing the Immaculate Virgin, made in brass and from the second half of the 19th century.
- Obverse: The Immaculate Virgin is depicted in the centre, surrounded by three angels.
- Reverse: Plain.
- Medal with flat handle and ring. Plain edge.
- We have not found any Contrast or Distinctive on the Medal, which would provide us with information on the identity of its authors.
- The Medal is made in a personal style with great ease and excellent workmanship, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.
Conservation and damage:
- Overall, the medal is in a very good state of preservation.
- The significant wear to the gilding, especially on the obverse, caused by its use and age, together with the good quality of the high relief, has given it a beautiful patina.
- The object shows the wear typical of it's age.

Comments:
- Both the measurements and the weight are approximate.

- Very interesting as a collector's item and as a decorative element.
