Description:
- Clodion plaster plaque. Dog with satyrs.
- The plaque depicts a group of children and satyrs, pushing a dog, one of whom is perched on top of it with a pole with a lasso. Several of the children pull the dog by means of a leash.
- The panel is made of plaster and is reddish-brown in colour. It is well executed.
- The panel is unframed. It is not signed.
- Reproduction of an original high relief by Clodion.
- Claude Michel Clodion (1738-1814) was a French sculptor from the Duchy of Lorraine. He produced a large number of works during his lifetime.

Conservation and Damage:
- The object is in good condition.
- It has rubbing and some scratches, but it is complete.
- It retains a nice period patina.
- The object shows the wear and tear typical of it's age.
