Description:
- Precious medal semi oval of the Immaculate Virgin of the purest of the Miraculous Lilies. It keeps the original ribbon, of white colour.
- Medal with flat handle and ring. Plain edge without any inscription.
- Obverse: The Immaculate Virgin of the Miraculous Lilies of Alcoy, and at her feet, Saint Philip Neri.
- Reverse: The coat of arms of Alcoy appears next to the following inscription: Archicofradía.
- The medal is very well made, with excellent workmanship, achieving harmonious and expressive effects in the high reliefs.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the manufacturer's details or any other information.

Conservation and Damage:
- The medal and the ribbon are in a perfect state of preservation.
- It has small bumps and scratches due to use.
- It shows the typical wear of it’s time.
