Description:
- Incomplete instrumental plumb bob from the first half of the 20th century, with a solid iron weight and without preserving the nut.
- The body of the weight is cone-shaped, 6.7 cm. long, cm. in diameter and 145 gr. in weight, with threaded head.
- Brass threaded head in the shape of a small cylinder.
- Thread of small size and diameter, with thread and small pitch.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the manufacturer's details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
Preservation and damage:
- The plumb bob is in a good state of preservation, with almost no knocks or scratches, and a beautiful patina has been preserved.
