Description:
- Instrumental plumb bob from the first half of the 19th century without a nut and, therefore, incomplete.
- The weight is cone-shaped, 9.6 cm high, 4 cm in diameter and weighs 346 gr.
- The body of the Weight is made of iron with a threaded brass head.
- Solid iron, probably made with a lathe, whose marks can be seen on the upper part of the body. The aesthetics of the plumb bob are very nice and harmonious.
- The thread is of medium size and diameter, with a medium thread and pitch.
- No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information.
- The plumb bob was probably made in southern Europe.
